Our team has trained and taught around the world — and now they’re bringing the heat straight to your weekly workout. All classes are held on just 6 MEGA PROs, the latest evolution of the Megaformer.

With adjustable tilting panels, this machine takes your workout to the next level: more intense, more effective, and even more joint-friendly, especially for those recovering from or managing injuries. The small class size keeps the experience intimate and personal, just like it should be.

meet the founder

When our founder Soraya BAKHTIAR moved from London to Jeddah in 2020, she was surprised to find that LAGREE hadn’t made its way here yet, despite it being her go-to workout for the last decade. Starting with a single Microformer at home, she began sharing the method through 1:1 sessions.

What began as a solo practice quietly grew into a home studio with six machines and a small, dedicated following. As more LAGREE enthusiasts joined, the community naturally took shape — and so did the dream of something bigger.

Today, Sauce Club is proud to be one of Jeddah’s first women-only LAGREE studio, with a passionate team of instructors committed to delivering safe, effective, and empowering workouts — one shake at a time.
